Before setting up AC Integration Ltd, I was a director developing and driving forward new initiatives in the areas of professional development, learning and organisational change. My roles have included Director of Integrated Learning for Ernst and Young, Director of Policy and Development for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Principal Consultant for KPMG.
I have also held a number of finance positions in Publishing and Telecommunications.
I am passionate about authenticity, courage and coaching. I want to enable people to discover who they are, how they can express themselves and how to connect with others courageously.
