My current focus is to help clients achieve their aspirations and improve their performance through aligning individual development with business strategy. I am studying for a Higher Certificate in Counselling at Cambridge University, learning Wing Chun Kung Fu and have been meditating for many years. I am accredited to use the Myers Briggs (MBTI) personality assessment tool
Before setting up AC Integration Ltd, my prime focus was as a director developing and driving forward new initiatives in the areas of professional development, learning and organisational change. My roles have included Director of Integrated Learning for Ernst and Young, Director of Policy and Development for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Principal Consultant for KPMG.
I have also held a number of finance positions in Publishing and Telecommunications.
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and MBA and speak French and Italian.
